    Mineral Intelligent Sorting System


    The NUCTECHTM MS1200C Mineral Intelligent Sorting System is a full-auto intelligent mineral sorting equipment
    independently developed by NUCTECH. The system adopts X-ray Transmission Imaging Technology (XRT) to
    intelligently identify the lump coal in a certain particle size range and separate the gangue from them. With
    advanced array pressurized air ejection device, the system can sort high-speed moving gangues precisely. The
    system is featured with high sorting accuracy, large processing capacity, environmental friendliness, high stability
    and reliability, which can effectively replace the traditional coal separation methods, such as manual sorting ,
    jigging, Dense Media Separation(DMS), etc., and reduce the operation cost of coal preparation plant. The system
    can also be used for the separation of non-metallic minerals such as coal-series kaolin rock, phosphate rock,
    fluorite, gemstone, etc.
