RESOLUTION ALIGNING/ADAPTING THE UPDATED PRO7 CHARTER


STATEMENT, ROADMAP, AND SCORECARD

WHEREAS, CCPO Technical Working Group Members for PNP P.A.T.R.O.L


Plan 2030 attended the series of cascading activity conducted by Regional Police
Strategy Management Unit of Police Regional Office 7 on the New PRO7 Charter
Statement, Roadmap, and Scorecard.

WHEREAS, the alignment and updating of the CCPO Charter Statement


inevitably and considerably affect the Performance Indicators in the CCPO Operational
Dashboard hence some of them inapplicable.

WHEREAS, after an extensive review on the existing performance indicators, the


CCPO TWG for PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 has submitted its recommendations which
were reviewed and concurred by the concerned members;

WHEREAS, CCPO did not adopt Measure #10 Percentage Decrease in


occurrence of incidents and activities perpetrated by Communist Terrorist Groups
(CTG) under Process Excellence perspective of PRO7 Scorecard.

WHEREAS, Cebu City is a white area where there are no known Communist
Terrorist Groups (CTGs).

WHEREAS, CCPO did not adopt Measure #14 under Learning and Growth
perspective of the PRO7 Unit Scorecard since the regular/attrition quota is processed in
the Regional Office hence this office cannot determine the number of applicants/quota
allotted for the lower Units;

WHEREAS, CCPO did not adopt Measure #15 under Learning and Growth
perspective of the PRO7 Unit Scorecard since this office is not qualified to place
assignments and positions for 3rd level PCO’s designated to T.O positions;

WHEREAS, CCPO did not adopt Measure #18 under Learning and Growth
perspective of the PRO7 Unit Scorecard since this office is designated solely to ensure
100% compliance with the surveys;

WHEREAS, CCPO did not adopt Measure #22 Increase in percentage (%) index
of UPER under Learning and Growth perspective of PRO7 Unit Scorecard

by ________________, BE IT RESOLVED, as it HEREBY RESOLVES, to align and
update the Performance Indicators of the CCPO Operational Dashboard to remove and
change the inapplicable and unresponsive Performance Indicators.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution be forwarded to the City Director,


CCPO for his approval.
