Site Visit :-
We Thanigai Estates & Constructions,
arrange free site visits for our clients on
Sunday and other week days.
Our Senior Marketing Managers will
Co-ordinate the site visit with our client
from their preferred place. We do
arrange for Lunch.

Registration Process :-
Once the draft has been confirmed by
our client, We do online entry for given
plot to be registered in the particular Sub
Register Office and we fix appointment
for our client.
Our person will co-ordinate the whole
registration process with our client to
make them comfortable. We do arrange
for transport facilities for registration.

Getting Patta :-
Though the word looks easy, getting
Patta is one of the most important and
tedious work, we at Thanigai have
three dedicated staffs to follow and to
get the Patta for our clients, Once we
get registered document we apply for
