Position: Associate Machine Learning Engineer

Years of Experience: Fresher (Preferred - 6 months of internship/industry experience)
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree & Above 2022 Graduates with 65% throughout the
academics and no backlogs
Domain: Engineering & Technology

Responsibilities:
● End-to-end Machine Learning (ML) Algorithm and Model development, including
design, coding, testing, debugging, validation and productionalization of AI/ML models
● Extensive R&D on existing technical literature to improve the ML and DNN models;
Initiating and supporting in-house research
● Create rapid Proof of Concepts to implement and show value to a new business use
case
● Working on statistical and data sciences use cases on structured data for both
advanced analytics and machine learning
● Working across different data domains such as images, natural language, structured
data, etc
● Benchmarking the solutions against market standards and implementing
improvements to the solutions
● Operate in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality models and products
Skills Required:
● Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science (highly preferred), Analytics,
Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience
● Experience in designing Machine Learning models from scratch
● Strong computer programming skills and analytical skills
● In-depth working knowledge of modern software development languages/toolkits
such as: Python, R, Tensorflow, SciKit, etc

Good to have:
● Demonstrated excellence in Machine learning skills by consistently ranking high on
Kaggle, TopCoder, HackerRank, or other equivalent online competitive platforms
● Good working knowledge of cloud computing and cloud platforms such as
AWS/GCP/Azure; Docker, etc
