1. Position Title: General Clerk


2. Reports To: Faculty Secretary
3. Basic Function: Responsible for assisting students and faculty with equipment and function
rooms and is overall in-charge of the functionality of the equipment of the Graduate School.
4. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
 Inspects classroom equipment’s condition like lights, chairs, air-conditioning units, LCDs,
laptops
 Inspect other equipment’s condition in the LRU like laptops, projectors, speakers, sound
systems, microphones, and other cables.
 Furnish reports for equipment that are damaged and needs repair.
 Notify office clerks of equipment that needs repair and schedule repairs with suppliers.
 Discuss with Faculty Secretary for preparation of functions rooms for events and for other
errands.
 Assists Faculty and Students with equipment requests and usage.
 Directs and monitors Janitors’ activities daily.
 Manages function rooms’ requests and reservations.
 Prepares function rooms for events and operates equipment during the event proper.
 Submits inventory report to College Secretary.
 Coordinates with other Office Clerks in case of events like forums, seminars, enrolments, etc.
 Run errands for the Faculty Secretary and the Graduate School.
 Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Dean of the Faculty Secretary from time
to time.

Education : At least a graduate of any 4-year course.
Skills and Experience : At least six (6) months to 1-year of experience in the same field.
