IN DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR MISSIONS OF

THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

Description
Appointments for consular services provided in the diplomatic and consular missions of the
Republic of Serbia can be scheduled if you have previously created a user account on the
eGovernment portal.

An appointment can also be made without a user account. In that case, the person making an
appointment, upon choosing the service and appointment date, will receive an automatic email
with a link to further confirm the selected appointment. In order for the selected date to be
confirmed, it is necessary to confirm it by clicking the provided link within 60 minutes of
receiving the automatic email.

Before scheduling an appointment, please visit the website of the diplomatic and consular
mission in the country of residence and obtain detailed information about the consular services
and required documents.

If you reside in a country where there is no diplomatic/consular mission of the Republic of

Serbia, please check here which mission is responsible for the country in which you reside.

When scheduling an appointment, it is necessary to first choose/select the country in which you
reside. If you reside in a country where there are several diplomatic and consular missions of the
Republic of Serbia, it is necessary to also choose a diplomatic and consular mission, i.e., the
mission that is responsible for your place of residence abroad.

You can make an appointment for one or more consular services. You can schedule an
appointment for yourself as well as for family members. A maximum of five slots can be
scheduled for one or more consular services.

You can also make appointments for other persons who are not family members and due to
objective reasons are unable to do so on their own. In that case, the appointment needs to be
made in the name of the person to whom the consular service is provided.

When arriving at the diplomatic/consular mission, please be sure to arrive 60 minutes before the
scheduled time.
Learn about the documents you need to submit with the type of request for which you have
scheduled an appointment. Be sure to bring all the necessary documents with you.
If you are unable to show up for your appointment, please cancel or change your appointment
promptly. Please do so not later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
