1- Visit the ILOE website, below please find the link.

2- In the Individual Category, select the Non-Registered in MOHRE

2- Select the Sign In – With OTP

Put your Emirates ID number and your mobile number and click on Request OTP

3- Once you click on “Request OTP”, you will receive the OTP number via message on your
Mobile. Enter the OTP number and a new page will open so you can put your personal.

4- Enter your personal data, upload your Emirates ID and at the bottom of the page, tick
the box to confirm that your personal details are correct.

5- Next step, before you proceed to “create your own ILOE Plan”, please don’t forget to
tick once again the box to confirm one more time that your personal details are correct
 6- Also before you proceed with the payment, don’t forget to tick the box next to “Please
read and accept the terms and conditions.

7- If you want you can share your email address, it is optional not mandatory, but I would
encourage you to do so, to receive updates on your personal insurance.

8- For payment, you have 2 options, first to pay via Samsung pay or by credit card as you
can see below.

After you successfully complete the payment, you will receive your Insurance Certificate
Involuntary Loss of Employment in PDF format, if you can’t find it, check the “Downloads” Files
on your laptop.
