Hi Carter! I hope you’re having a great week.

I’m reaching out to further discuss Omar’s interest in expanding our tablet pilot project from
the bar area to the entire restaurants of the North and Downtown locations.

You are obviously dedicated to the success of Sauce & Spoon and you did a great job
expressing concerns about not having the appropriate resources to adjust the pilot to include
the entire restaurant.

Sticking with the original plan and keeping the rollout to the bar area will give the kitchen time
to test the system, allow the team to deal with any issues that arise strategically, and give the
restaurant adequate time to determine and scale up its staffing needs in the kitchen and front
of house. Furthermore, it will ensure we maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

I am going to follow up with Omar and Deanna this afternoon to present the case that we stick
with our original plan and limit the rollout to the bar area. I think my argument would be more
impactful with your support.
