DAILY ENERGY ROUTINE MERIDIAN, CHAKRA, AURA, STRANGE FLOWS, RADIENT, CELTIC, BASIC, RHYTHMS, ELECTRICS ENERGY SYSTEMS.

The Routine combines the most potent techniques we know that are able to help the greatest number of people
stimulate each of the 9 vital energy systems of the body and bring them into harmony and balance. The techniques can
benefit nearly anyone living in the stress-producing, polluted, energy-scrambling environments that mark our
technological progress. This builds positive habits into your energy field. The techniques are simple yet potent, and they
are cumulative.
The Deep Squat helps massage all internal organs, for supple hip joints which aids posture, joint strength, ankle and
knees, bone health and nerve functioning, helps bowel movement and keeps body young, Do exercise 5-20 min. daily.
TEST if Homolateral/Cross-Crawl are needed, with X and = cards and hydration. Do k27, and Heaven rush in, Alternate
with Homolateral/Cross-Crawl 12 times each do thrice, and end with extra crosscrawl. Do k27 and cook’s posture. TEST
1. HEAVEN RUSHING IN. – put hands on thighs to ground, then in prayer position, on center of chest then stretch out
both hands with palms up and face up, feeling tingling in hands and smile and feeling gratitude appreciation or joy,
saying THANK YOU, for all that you have, scoop energy with cupped hands and place in heart space. [And on pain place]
Energizes heart chakra, initiates healing, brings comfort and when you feel lonely or in despair, Allows you to direct
healingenergies to specific areas of your body.

2. THE 5 THUMPS - U. Eyes; U. Collarbone; Breastbone; 100mm under armpit, edge of ribcage under nipple.
Grounds you, Boosts and restores energy, increases energy flow throughout the body, increases strength and vitality,
and strengthens the immune system and metabolizes food, energy and negative thoughts and emotions.

3. CROSSOVER SHOULDER. – drag hand down from top of shoulder to opp. side under waist.
Clarity of thoughts and better energy flow, improves balance and co-ordination, will help you get well.

4. CROSS CRAWL. – march on the spot, touching opposite knee.


Balances and harmonizes energy, improves coordination, clears thinking, whole brain function.

5. The WAYNE COOK POSTURE. – hands and feet crossover.


Focuses mind. Allows you to untangle inner chaos, see with better perspective, think more clearly, learn more
proficiently, allow you to radiate more positive vibrations.

6. THE CROWN PULL. – press in and drag both hands from center to sides, over head to neck.
Relieves mental congestion and headaches, clears and refreshes the mind, calms nervous system, sharpens memory,
opens the crown chakra to higher inspiration.

7. THE CELTIC WEAVE. – Infinity symbol motion from floor up to over head.
Pulses your auric energies outward and strengthens them. Connects all your energies together so they operate as a
single web. Protects you from harmful energies in the environment.

8. CONNECTING HEAVEN AND EARTH. – look up, 1 hand up & 1 down, level with ground.
Opens the meridians, expels toxic energies, and stimulates fresh energy to flow through the joints.

9. THE ZIP UP. – trace a line from pubic area straight up to under lip.
Boosts confidence, clears your thoughts, protects you from negative energies that may be around you.

10. THE HOOK UP. - navel/third eye, press in and pull up skin, using middle finger.
Gets strange flows moving, strengthens auric field, and leaves you feeling whole again. Calms, helps you feel connected.
