- Every claim must be accompanied by a police / Najm report.
- The Motor Vehicle will be considered Economic Total Loss if the repair cost exceeds the 50% percentage
based on the Sum Insured.
- Excluding any liability or expenses caused by or arising whilst exceeding the red traffic signal by the Insured
or the Authorized Driver or drive the Motor Vehicle in the contrary direction.
- Including the coverage the insured age and the additional driver whose are added in the policy and
mentioned on the policy schedule .
- Coverage includes direct loss or damage to the insured motor vehicle due to hail, flood due to rain, and
torrents resulting thereof.
- The vehicle is not covered when driven by a person unnamed on the policy.
- Repairs to be carried out at Tawuniya approved workshops (unless otherwise expressly stated).
- Excluding Aviation Liability.
- Excluding Airside Liability.
- Excluding cover whilst the vehicle is used for the purpose not legally meant for .
- Excluding any liability or expenses caused by or arising whilst exceeding the red traffic signal by the Insured
or the Authorized Driver or drive the Motor Vehicle in the contrary direction.
- Excluding cover whilst the is being driven by any driver who is not licensed to drive such vehicle .

Limits of Liability :-
- Sum Insured of the Motor Vehicle for any risk causing damage or Loss to the Motor Vehicle.
- Medical Emergency Expenses per person SR.250
- Towing care and protection : 500 inside the city and 1000 outside the city for each claim.
- Third Party Liability Limit in respect of Death and/or Bodily Injury and Property Damage per any one
occurrence shall not exceed SR.10,000,000.
