1. Choose your most preferred salary structure and explain your reason.
Answer:
The most preferred salary structure for me is the broadband structure because
its structure gives a more complex and appropriate salary bracket where employees can
see and evaluate their performance thru the given range of their salary. On the bracket
range of their salary, they can analyze if it’s right to base on their performance, and if it
is not they can request for revalidation for HR to evaluate again their performance.
2. Provide an example that will explain broadband.
Answer:
A good example of broadbanding reducing of pay grade levels, like the salary
structure of teachers of public and private schools and the government reducing pay grade
levels of public teachers because of a wide range of salary pay, its broader and the acceleration
to another pay grade is more slow and complicated.
