1 RECORDS Monitoring of Waste Management Activities

The LAYAL ALWATAN Environmental Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of
the Waste Consignment Register. This Waste Consignment Register will be prepared by LAYAL
ALWATAN Environment Coordinator at the end of each month. A compilation of all Waste Registers
will be included in the Monthly Environment Report for submission to the Project
Records and documents generated through activities described will be kept by the SHE department
in accordance with standard LAYAL ALWATAN document control procedures. Such records will
include, but not limited to:
• Daily waste observation reports;
• Waste consignment notes and slips;

• Monthly report on recycled waste volumes;

• Monthly report on waste disposal volumes;
• Medical sharps and bio-hazardous waste disposal notes;
