What is the project management work?

Do you think PM work is a good job or not? I know some person says PM work is a
horrible and dislike. But a person says I got much money from the job. The PM work
means to gain a money from a job. Project varies into a lot of types industries such as
construction, engineering of aero engine, oil refining plant, information systems and etc.
On the other hand, project is not meaning to gain a money. If you have a hope which
desires to achieve the near future such as shaping body or developing language skill
that could be the personal project without money. Our P2M group defines the scope of
project as work to gain a money. Nowadays, various companies have implemented PM
methods but it’s not always going well. Sometime they fail terribly. If the PM work
always goes just as want, the company must increase their business outcome. I
recommend to a person who have the plan of working in Japan, PM skill is valuable.
Most of project managers make their works like below.
1. Setting a goal and deliverable.
2. Building a team and making schedule.
3. Defining stakeholders
4. Estimating budget and executing procurement.
5. Coordinating some meeting and agendas.
6. Reporting to owner.
7. Managing progression by using WBS (work breaking structure)
