    Instructions
    Choose a style of dance and answer the following questions in a 1 - 2 page
    1. What year was the style of dance created?
    2. What was happening in the society at the time that the style of dance was
    created and how did these events influenced the style of dance (ie. depression,
    feminism)?
    3. What are some popular dance moves in this style of dance? Research a
    minimum of 3 dance moves and describe them in detail. (6 marks)
    4. What famous dancers/singers were/are known for the style of dance (a minimum
    of 5 dancers/singers)?
    5. What songs were used for the style of dance (a minimum of 5 songs)?

    Marking

    Question 1 - 1 mark
    Question 2 - 3 marks
    Question 3 - 6 marks
    Question 4 - 5 marks
    Question 5 - 5 marks

    Total - /20 marks
