a documentary credit that expires in the country of the
beneficiary, but which is available only with the issuing bank,
country on or before the expiry date. There is no nominated
bank, and the issuing bank is the only bank authorized to pay,
accept a draft or incur a deferred payment undertaking. Provided
complying documents are presented to a bank in the
beneficiary's country no later than the expiry date, the issuing
bank will be required to honour that presentation even if
received by them after the expiry date.
