We named this recipe “Ultimate Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies,” because it has everything a chocolate
chip cookie enthusiast could possibly ask for. No unique ingredients, no chilling time, no mixer, in short
nothing extra required! Slightly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, it’s the ultimate chewy
cookie. A fan favorite and top rated chocolate chip recipe, that’s been in my family for generations.

Ingredients Cooking Method


 1 cup salted butter softened 1. First and foremost preheat oven to 375F, keep yourself and your
children safe!
 1 cup white (granulated) sugar

scoop out the cookies onto the tray!
9. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take
them out when they are just BARELY starting to turn brown.
10. Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to
cooling rack.
11. Enjoy warm or let them cool and enjoy with milk!

Notes and Tips


Take your time; stay focused because one wrong step and you end up with weird cookies. Measure everything,
let the dough rest, do not over bake the cookies, let them chill. Every step requires focus! Christmas cookies
need to be perfect for that delightful holiday spirit!!
