As a supply chain professional in Pakistan industry all the below details are from my bucket list. And
write down as a supply chain enthusiast in the growing Industry of Pakistan.

Mission:

To support the organization's overall mission and goals by ensuring the efficient and effective flow of
goods and services from suppliers to customers, while also contributing to the economic growth and
development of Pakistan.
Vision:

To be a recognized leader in supply chain management in Pakistan, providing innovative and sustainable
solutions that enable our customers to achieve their business goals and contribute to the country's
economic prosperity.
Goals:

 Align the supply chain strategy with the overall business strategy of the organization while
considering the carbon emission percentage.
 Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain process to reduce costs and
improve customer satisfaction.
 Mitigate weather & health risks to ensure the uninterrupted flow of goods and services.
 Promote the development of the Pakistani supply chain industry with comprise of developed
nation outcome in same field.
Objectives:
 Develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan that aligns with the organization's overall
business strategy and the needs of the Pakistani market.
 Build and manage strong relationships with local suppliers and customers.
 Optimize supply chain processes and systems to reduce costs and improve efficiency, while also
considering the unique challenges of the Pakistani market.
 Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods and services to customers, despite the
challenges of Pakistan's infrastructure and transportation networks.
 Implement sustainable practices throughout the supply chain, while also considering the specific
economic and environmental challenges of Pakistan.
 Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including those posed by Pakistan's political and
economic instability.
 Participate in initiatives to develop and promote the Pakistani industry.
From a strategic management perspective, a supply chain professional in Pakistan should focus on
aligning the supply chain strategy with the overall business strategy of the organization. This will help to

The supply chain professional should also focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the

Next 5 years:
 Focus on developing my skills and experience in key areas such as supply chain analytics, risk
management, and global supply chain management. These are all areas where there is expected
to be strong growth in the coming years.
 Work with my company to develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan that aligns with
the company's overall business goals. This plan should consider the specific challenges and
opportunities of the Pakistani market related to health & environment.
 Look for opportunities to invest in new technologies and processes that can help to improve the
efficiency and effectiveness of my company's supply chain.
 Be proactive and seek out new challenges. Don't be afraid to step outside of my comfort zone
and take on new responsibilities. This will help me to develop my skills and experience, and
make me more marketable to potential employers.
Next 10 years:
 Become a thought leader in the Pakistani supply chain industry. Share my knowledge and
expertise with others through writing, speaking, and teaching. This will help me to raise my
profile and make a positive impact on the development of the Pakistani supply chain industry.
 Consider starting my own supply chain consulting business. This could be a great way to use my
skills and experience to help other businesses improve their supply chains.
 Look for opportunities to mentor and train young supply chain professionals. This will help to
ensure that the Pakistani supply chain industry has a strong pipeline of talented professionals
for the future.
By focusing on these areas, this section of the profession in Pakistan can play a vital role in the success
of their organization and in the economic growth and development of Pakistan.
