BARANGAY ORDINANCES
1. Ordinance No.01, series of 2011 – Regulating the use of rental fees of monobloc chairs
Barangay Libtong, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur.

2. Ordinance No.02, series of 2011 – Penalizing all residents who caught destroying any
kind of planted trees especially malunggay trees along public road
shoulders, plazas and or private lots within the jurisdiction of Barangay
Libtong, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur.
3. Ordinance No.03, series of 2011 – Penalizing all residents shouting, making noise
especially during night time.

4. Ordinance No.04, series of 2011 – Penalizing all owners of animals teat graze on,
muti/ate and destroy trees planted along public road shoulders, plazas
and or communal trees planting sites or parks including private lots.

5. Ordinance No.05, series of 2011 – An ordinance imposed corresponding fees/charges

on individual who may file, verified complaints before the office of the
Lupong Tagapamayapa.

6. Ordinance No.06, series of 2011 – Regulating the Operation of Videoke

establishments in the barangay.

7. Ordinance No.07, series of 2011 – Regulating residents to follow and adopt the
clean and green program within their residential areas, along barangay
roads, seashores, national highway and all areas needed to improved.

8. Ordinance No.08, series of 2011 – Penalizing the dumping of rabbish, garbage, and
other refuse matters along national highway, barangay roads, seashores
and all areas within the jurisdiction of Barangay Libtong.

9. Ordinance No.09, series of 2011 – Enjoining all residents to refrain from burning
rubbish, garbage and other refuse matters within the jurisdiction of
Barangay Libtong.

10. Ordinance No.10, series of 2011 – Regulating the operation of Sari-Sari Stores in
Barangay Libtong.

11. Ordinance No.11, series of 2011 – An ordinance imposing fees: Barangay Business
Clearance, Ordinary Barangay Clearance, Barangay Clearance for
Building Permit, Fencing, Certification, and other purposes

12. Ordinance No.12, series of 2011 – Tax Ordinance: Imposing fees or charges in the
Barangay.

13. Ordinance No.13, series of 2011 – CURFEW

14. Ordinance No.14, series of 2011 – Destroying Barangay Facilities and Equipment.

15. Ordinance No.15, series of 2011 – Requiring all couples intending to contract
marriage in Tagudi, Ilocos Sur to plant two trees as requirement before
the release of Barangay Tree Planting Certification.

16. Ordinance No.16, series of 2015 – An ordinance penalizing all residents who caught
Destroying/Cutting Candaroma and other beach species along coastal
areas and riverbanks of Barangay Libtong, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur.
