1. Basic requirements:
 Select a topic and write a paper based on your major and the knowledge about
management learned in this course. In the paper, you should talk about your
understanding of the topic and the harvest of learning this course.
The following topics are for reference. Of course, you can also choose your own
topics:
a) Core competitiveness of enterprises
b) Consumer Behavior
c) Leadership Theory
d) Organizational Development and Change
e) The Impact of Network Economy on Modern Enterprises
f) New Requirements for Human Resource Management
g) Cross cultural management of enterprises
 Independently complete topic selection, data retrieval, and paper writing. The
number of references shall not be less than 15, and shall comply with the writing
standards of academic paper format, with concise writing, smooth sentences, and
clear charts.
 No less than 2000 words, requiring title, abstract, and keywords.

 Deadline: 24:00 on June 18th ,2023 (must submit before this deadline)
 Remember: Write down your Student ID and Name in the corresponding
position in the final assignment .
 Change the name of the word to your real ID: STUDENT ID [Final Assignment].
