With reference to the subject cited above, please 11nd attached Cel·tifted Monitoring Report
of Grain based distillery Unit (ENA and rectified Spirit (165 KLD)/molasses based distillery
unit(55 KLD) with Co-generation Powel' Plant(7 MW), Jundla, Kamal, HUI'Yuna by Mis Haryana
Liquors Pvt. Ltd., for further necessary action.

The unit was visited on 31.01.2020 by the undersigned. The project has been observed
under compliance of the environmental clearance conditions except to publish the news of issuance
ofEC letter more than 07 days.

In view of above, this project may be considered for fmiher expansion of power generation unit.
