CHAIRMAN / NELSON NWACHUKWU IKE

Founder and chairman of Ednon shelter, Nelson Nwachukwu has over 10 years experience in the
construction industry. He has an in depth knowledge of real estate industry's trends, development,
acquisition, construction and redevelopment. With his experience in real estate construction,
engineering and project management, he leads, coordinates and oversees the developments and
operations of Ednon shelter works. He also provides technical support to the quality control team and
the business development team. Prior to founding Ednon shelter, he served in construction
management as a project manager at brains and hammers ltd where he managed the construction of
over 100 homes. He is a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Yola, with a bachelor's
degree in technology, Agric economics and economics. He also has Professional certifications in
health and safety and project management.

MANAGING DIRECTOR /AKUMA JOHNNY UKPO

Akuma Johnny Ukpo is a motivated real estate professional versed in all aspects of real estate
transactions. He has a sound knowledge of real estate investment strategies and fund generation, with
experience spanning from development sales, marketing communications and budget plans to
implementing sound corporate structure for organizations, business development, development and
execution of representation contracts, purchase agreement and closing statements.
He has experience in evaluating and marketing investment properties, he is ambitious and is
passionate about the real estate industry and hopes to offer excellent interpersonal communication
and relationship management in the field while working to reduce the housing deficit in Nigeria today.
He has bagged over 8 years working experience with various real estate organizations in Nigeria during
his time of building his carrier in the real estate sector. A graduate of Madonna University with a
bachelors degree honors in Business management and other certifications and qualifications such as
project management professional, proficiency in management, Nigerian institute of management,
fundamentals of digital marketing etc..

PROJECT ENGINEER / DIALA JOSHUA IFEANYI
Mr. Joshua is a civil engineer who got his bachelor of civil engineering degree from the Federal
University of Technology Minna Niger State, Nigeria.
As a Registered Member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), he has
the authority to practice within the federal republic of Nigeria as a civil engineer.
Before joining Ednon shelter, Mr. Joshua gained enormous experience working for some other real
estate and construction companies in Nigeria. They include; Handyman Deige Property and
Investment Company, U-Build Real Estate and Construction Company Limited, Nosdumic Nig
Limited, Brains and Hammers Ltd and Perl Construction Nigeria Limited.
Since he joined Ednon shelter, he has aimed at achieving the organizations goals with an undiluted
passion for excellence, with the help of his co-workers through hard work and effectively maximizing
core values and potentials.

LEGAL / MICHEAL EZIE LL.B, BL, ACIARB (UK)

Micheal Ezie is a lawyer with Ednon Shelter Ltd who has vast experience in corporate and commercial
law practice with particular interests in business establishments, corporate restructuring, and
corporate due diligence. He has valuable experience in company secretarial services.
As part of his wider corporate advisory practice, Michael has been involved in advising a number of
local and international clients on a variety of issues relating to compliance with statutory and
regulatory matters in business establishment and foreign direct investments. He has also advised on a
variety of real estate issues arising in the context of acquisitions and regulatory compliance.
Micheal is fully involved in civil litigation and disputes with particular interests in real estate disputes
and commercial arbitration.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Madonna University, Okija with a Second Class Honours
(Upper Division).

is a project manager, a Town Planner, a life coach and a Team Development enthusiast with keen
interest in sustainable property development, environmental, economically friendly and affordable
luxury products in housing provision and design.
His Higher education was at the Federal University of Technology Minna, where he obtained a
Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
Okenyi has worked through the years with schools as an environmental awareness guide, the
Government under the Ministry of Housing and Urban development, Gusau, Zamfara State, and The
West African Examination Council. His zeal for contributing his quota in the construction industry
led him to work with other Real Estate Firms among which are United Mohhaz Services, Brains and
Hammers Limited, Janda Designs and Global Concepts.
His passion in the Real Estate world earned him a seat with the Real Estate Developers Association of
Nigeria (REDAN), Abuja Branch.
