Budget Information: The company has set aside $120,000 for this endeavor, with additional cash
available if necessary. Internal labor will account for the vast majority of the project's costs. All
hardware will be outsourced.

Project Objectives: The Global Treps project's primary purpose is to provide a platform that fosters
entrepreneurship and provides assistance to budding entrepreneurs all over the world. The Global
Treps website and app will be created and launched to do this. Furthermore, the project promises to
conduct four shark tank-style events to highlight and empower entrepreneurial talent, as well as
valuable tools and mentorship programs for entrepreneurs to improve their skills and knowledge.
Success Criteria: Global Treps' success depends on the timely creation and launch of the website
and application, as well as well-executed shark tank-style events with interested participants and
relevant input. Positive user feedback and improved platform engagement are essential for
demonstrating adequate entrepreneurship support and mentorship and achieving demonstrable
business development and success.

Approach:
Project Inception:
 Define project objectives, goals, and success criteria.
 Determine important stakeholders' roles and duties.
 Create communication channels and a governance framework for the project.

Requirements Gathering:
 Conduct market research to understand entrepreneurs' requirements and expectations better.
 Gather user feedback for the Global Treps website and application.
 Determine the platform's features, functionalities, and design components.

Testing and development:

 Create the website and application for Global Treps.
 To ensure quality and functionality, use rigorous testing processes.
 Refine the platform iteratively depending on user feedback and testing outcomes.

Events in the Style of Shark Tank:

 Plan and execute four shark tank-style events to highlight entrepreneurial ability.
 Participate in discussions, analyze their views, and provide constructive feedback.
 Choose winners and encourage their entrepreneurial endeavors.
Launch and promotion:
 Install the Global Treps website and app.
 Create marketing techniques to promote and attract people to the site.
 Continuously evaluate user involvement and solicit feedback for future enhancements.
