EXTERNAL BUILDING REPAIR WORK.

DISMANTLING : breaking existing loose and damaged plaster with

scaffolding all necessary tools and tackles the lifting shifting and SFT.
transporting or carting away debris etc. completely from the
society to another location.
2 EXTERNAL SAND FACE PLASTER :
Breaking existing plaster, carting away debris etc. complete.
Providing and applying sand faced plaster externally using sand
|face plaster 12-15mm thick base coat and 8-10 mm thick as per the
existing plaster in on the external surface of the building wall for SFT.
final coat curing for 7days etc. complete. with scaffolding by
Providing, exacting and removal of double/single stage wooden

3 TREATMENT TO JOINT AND WALL CRACK :

4 POLYMER COATING
STRUCTURAL REPAIR(RCC) FOR COLUMN/BEAM AND WALL

A) Break he old loose concrete up o reinforcement
he debris o a safe place.
B)Clean the reinforcement mechanically by wire brush /sand paper
and later
and light tapping with a hammer to remove loose scales

fixit for rust remover (converter) to the exposed reinforcement
with the help of a brush /cotton waste ,after 4 to 5 hours of SFT
application of remover clean the reinforcement once again with a
scales
wire brush or sand paper so as to remove traces of loose
(never use water for cleaning after rust remover has been applied.
D) Mix ACRYLIC POLYMER SUNANDA/KRISHNA/DR FIXIT
CHEMICALS in the ratio of 1:1 by volume and apply the slurry thus
obtained by brush over the exiting reinforcement .this coat forms a
passivator coat over the steel reinforcement.
E)apply the polymer with hand pack /press. or thapi tools
whichever more applicable and suitable in position mix Polymer of
M/S SUNANDA, Dr Fixit, KRISHNA Con Chem.

5 WATERPROOFING : providing and surfacing water tank inside

surface remove all dirt, fungus and barnacles from the surface then
application of 1st coat of cement and chemical (sunanda/ dr SFT
fixit/krisha ) slurry by brush followed by another coat of cement
and chemicall mixed slurry with provison of 7 years of leakage
gurantee

BEXTERNAL PAINTING
1 EXTERNAL PAINTING (ICI DULUX WEATHER SHEILD
POWERFLEX/ASIAN APEX PRODUCT)
Providing & applying exterior paint to surface of building, parapet
wall & O.H. tanks etc.
On existing scaffolding erecting for civil works, scraping, cleaning
the surface, washing & filling the srevices with approved sealant. SFT
|Applying the paint with one Base coat of Approved brand of paint
by Consultant/ society with brush &roller as per the
manufacturer's specification or as directed &approved etc.
Complete. then appliaction of two coat approved paint.

2ENAMEL PAINT TO M.S GRILLS:(ASIAN PAINT)

Surface preparation by wire brushing, scrapping and 80 grit paper
then dust cleaning the application of one coat redoxidE and two SFT
|coats of asian/ equivalent enamel paint on the grill surface of
window grill, stairacse gate shutters.
 3 INTERNAL PAINTING :
Japplying interior plastic paint (accrlyc emulsion paint )

providing and surfacing the existing wall surface remove all loose
paint particles with putty knife or with lambi patra / scrapping tools
then application of plaster and putty then application of one coat SFT
primer followed by two coat putty application then again surfacing
the wallthen application of one more coat prime followed by two
coat application of plastic paint with all necessary brush, roller,
ladders with paint and labours

Providing &fixing UPVC pipes of approved brand including all
fittings, bracket, removal of existing pipes.
