A RESOLUTION TO DETERMINE AND MAINTAIN RECORD OF THE NAMES AND

OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION OF ACTUAL RESIDENTS OF THE
BARANGAY, THOSE WHO TRANSFERRED AND TO ESTABLISH THE NONE
RESIDENCY OF THE PERSONALITY NOT INCLUDED IN BADAC WATCHLIST IN
THE BARANGAY.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Board Regulation No.3 series of 2017 of the Dangerous Drug
Clearing Program, there is a need to established the residency of the surrenders in every
barangay.
WHEREAS, in order to obtain a record of being drug-free barangay, this body has seen need to
declare non-residency of the following person who used illegal drugs;

NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED the none residency of the following person mentioned
above thereof.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned offices and
agencies for their reference and guidance.
UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED AND ADOPTED.
