1. Why is it important for people to have an understanding of how people learn?

It is important to understand how people learn and the kinds of learning they are
acquiring since each of us have a unique way in acquiring knowledge and how individuals apply
it in real life situations. Also, to be effective in spreading information, it is vital to know the
person how they perceive knowledge for it will be most effective to help individuals to learn
successfully.

2. How does attribution affect social learning?

Individuals make attributions to recognize the people around them in order to identify
the reasons for an individual's specific behavior. While people make attributions they are able
to make judgments as to what were the causes of a certain behavior and for that, individuals
are able to know and realize the reasons why someone act or having that kind of behavior.
