Project Title: Proposed Community Park

Design Problem:
A particular city in the metro owns a parcel of a lot that is proposed to be converted into a
community park. The city mayor commissioned you as the designer to come up with a detailed
site development plan to see in what manner the project will be realized for benefit of the
community. The following basic elements are given they are:
(1) jogging path (2) children play area (3) exercise area (4) CR’s (5) Waterscape (7)
Outdoor game area (8) Landscape for flora and fauna (9) other relevant areas and amenities as
designated.

1) Northwest 25 degrees @ 35M
(2) Northeast 10 degrees @ 80 M
(3) Northwest 80 degrees @ 105M
(4) Southwest 40 degrees @ 145M
(5) Southeast 75 degrees @ 80M
(6) Northeast (closed to point 1) @ 60M

- Comprehensive Site Analysis Development
- Preliminary Site Layout (Building Arrangement/ structure Layout within the lot with rationale)
- Concept Board (Design Concept, Design Philosophy, Materials concept, Design Consideration,
Vegetation Analysis, Equipment analysis, users Analysis.
- Site Development Matrix Diagram
- Site Development Plan- Rendered
- Various Perspectives of different spaces inside the park. (exteriors and interior views)
