Health Teaching Plan

Purpose: To provide patient information about the importance of having good nutrition and how to increase appetite.
Goal: The patient will be able to verbalize understanding about the information given correctly.

Goal: The patient and significant other will be able to perform tepid sponge bath procedure confidently in a correct manner.

back and buttocks area for
about 5-10 minutes.
