ABOUT SINO EU TALENT
Sino EU Talent aims to build a Chinese and foreign human resources service
platform to connect with European-centered high-precision human resources
radiating around the world, laying a milestone for the career development of
high-precision talents in all walks of life.

Sino EU Talent is a subsidiary of CENTI GROUP. The brand was born and
promoted by CENTI based on long-term business strategy consulting services
and close cooperation with local governments and technology centers in China
and Europe. And the European talent working group to promote the operation,
with a clear positioning, to match the appropriate positions and working
environment for high-precision talents.

The vision is to become a boutique consulting company providing high-end


human resource solutions for global high-end talents and enterprises. To build
a closed-loop business consulting company for talent strategy services,
boutique investment banking and business consulting.
THE TECH TALENT SCHEME
What is Tech Talent Scheme
Focusing on the national development strategy goals, China provides a full range of support and funding for high-level
innovative and entrepreneurial talents who return or come to China to engage in strategic emerging industries and cutting-
edge science. Four business platforms, including enterprises, state-owned commercial, financial institutions and various
parks based on high-tech industrial development zones, have focused on attracting talents. There are currently 3 types:

▪ National Tech Talent


A national-level programme targeting overseas individuals with highly competitive technology and research backgrounds,
which provides support and rewards.
▪ Provincial High Tech Talent
A province-based talent programme for those who could make a significant contribution to tackling technology difficulties
for local businesses.
▪ Under 40 High Tech Talent
A province-based program targeting only young innovative talents (under 40 years old) creates more equal opportunities for
the young achievers.

Basic Candidate Eligibility:


▪ Graduated PhD who has worked continuously for more than 36 months (post-doctorate is counted as work experience);
▪ Intend to work with a Chinese university or enterprise;
* Age, academic and professional qualifications restrictions may be removed in case of extremely needed talents or in
exceptional cases of outstanding performance.

Benefits:
▪ A direct lump sum reward upon selection (as below).
▪ A competitive salary in a renowned Chinese company with a C-level position.
▪ The awardees will be granted preferential policies in terms of entry-exit immigration (including for their families),
residence, medical insurance, housing, tax and salary.
▪ 3 to 5 million RMB of additional research grants to experts conducting scientific basic research.
▪ Other local or national government-funded programmes.

THE PROCEDURE

Matching
Info collection: Learn about the talent expertise background and forward the
information form to the local government team to match with the local business.
Meeting: Arrange 1-1 meeting between the individual and the matched senior
technology head/ CEO of the organisation to discuss the intention of
employment.

Application
Submit the application in the system: Employer and applicant complete the
documents for the application and submit the application before the system
close.

Evaluation
Review and assessment: Local units (at the municipal and provincial level) will
select the qualified applications.
Result announcement: Review Committee will determine the final
recommended list.

Onboarding & Reward


Onboard and 'Buffer period': After being accepted, the applicant will be
appointed to the position, which will have a 2-year buffer period to consider the
offer.
Reward reception: The reward will be transferred to the employment bank
account.

Matching up the most suitable local corporate with the client
Meeting arrangement with the corporate and translation service during the
meeting
Communication with the corporate and discuss the collaboration on behalf of the
applicant
