JOB DESCRIPTION

Program Head (usually the
program heads are the
cultural affairs coordinators)
- create program flow (with a specific date, time, and duration)
- book a place
- tap people in charge (technical head, emcees, etc.)
- make sure that the program starts and ends ON TIME
- headcount (before and during the program)

Technical Head - borrow laptops, speakers, projectors, microphones, etc., and return those respectively
- set them up before the program begins

Media Head - create PPTs

- connect with the guest speakers about their PPT (and if they didn’t make their own, make PPT for them)
- download background music and videos needed for the program

Emcees/Hosts - keep audiences engaged

- make scripts

Food Committee - plan and prepare meals/snacks (connect with the president for the allocated budget)
- distribute meals/snacks to the guest speakers, audiences, and committees
