I am writing to tender my resignation from my position as a third-year student pursuing a

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance at Negros
Oriental State University, effective September 20, 2023.

During my time at Negros Oriental State University, I have gained valuable knowledge
and skills that have enriched my academic journey. However, due to unforeseen
personal circumstances and professional commitments, I find it necessary to prioritize
and realign my focus at this moment. This decision was not made lightly, and I have
contemplated it thoroughly, weighing the pros and cons.

I would like to express my gratitude to the faculty, staff, and my fellow students for their
support and guidance throughout my academic tenure. The education and experiences
I have gained here have been instrumental in shaping my career aspirations. I have no
doubt that the abilities I have developed will help me in my future endeavours.

I assure you that I will fulfill all necessary administrative requirements and complete any
pending academic obligations to facilitate a smooth transition. I am grateful for the
opportunities I have had at Negros Oriental State University and appreciate the
understanding and support provided during this time of transition.

Thank you for the valuable experiences and knowledge that I have gained during my
