Bes’tea Milkteas and refreshment is located in West Timawa Molo, Ilolio City managed and
operated together with Group 2 of consists of first-year students of Radiologic Technology section 1H
from Iloilo Doctors’ College. We aim to provide customers with quality foods and drinks at affordable
prices. The company targets students, teenagers, couples, families, and young professionals. As a
newcomer in the milktea industry, Bes’tea milktea seeks to come up with products that will make them
different from its variety of milktea. Our shop will offer a variety of choices from milkteas to fruit shakes.
Caramel, Okinawa, matcha, taro, and red velvet are the milktea flavors. While mango, strawberry,
pineapple, and banana are the fruit shakes. Bes’tea will be open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Mondays to
Saturdays. Sundays are day off. We adopt an eco-friendly environment we are using paper cups and paper
straws. We provide a comfortable place for people. We made our shop cozy and relaxing so that our
customers can talk, rest and drink peacefully.

We at Infinite, integrated and reviewed our past strategy in able for us to exceed past performance
and increase our efficiency Bes'tea milktea as a product will bring the consumer a new taste of the
revolutionizing milktea. As a new product, Bes'tea milktea aims to shift consumer's unawareness to
awareness through advertising, to build up sales through our new product, and build and establish strong
reputation in the milktea industry. The team's purchasing manager has carried out the necessary research
on this and has identified quality suppliers and vendors that fit our budget. Their employees are the face
of the business and so they will not only pick competent employees to help run the business but also be
able to communicate the brand effectively to our customers.

desired product. After we brew our tea and mix it with our milk tea powder, it is passed along to our
bubbles which are made from an all-natural combination of tapioca, and brown sugar. They are made
every two hours to preserve their fresh, chewy textures. For our fruit shake, we place the fruit of the
customer’s choice along with the evaporated milk in the blender and blend it. All of our products will be
served in paper cups and paper straws to help conserve our environment.
