1 Overview
PT AG IRM SERVIS INDONESIA (AG IRM), as registered Vendor has been invited by PT PRIMA ENERGI BAWEAN (PEB)
hereinafter referred as “COMPANY” to provide a proposal of Provision of Line of Air Instrument Supply System.
PT. AG IRM SRVIS INDONESIA (AG IRM) has received and studied the initial data attached on RFQ email, received
on Thu 13/7/2023 03:43pm.
It is understood that the Provision of Provision of Line of Air Instrument Supply System is required to fulfill in
this job, all other requirements have been incorporated into this proposal.
This proposal is compiled based on our understanding of the email received and scope of work as outlined in
Company's document attached. Revision to this proposal may be required to comply with any other applicable
Company's specifications and clarifications or methodology once the documentations has been made available.

2 Purpose
The purpose of this Technical Proposal and Price Proposal is to provide a common structure for ensuring that the
Provision Tool for Maintenance process is carried out to appropriate Regulatory requirements and the terms and
conditions of the Contract are followed. The technical performance and specified standard requirements will not
be sacrificed for production expediency.

4 Scope Of Works and Responsibilities

4.1 RFQ scope of work

4.2 AG IRM Works scope of supply

- Project management, QC, HSE, Project Control, production planning and documentation etc.;
- Provision of material handling such as crane, fork lift includes rigging gear at AG IRM Ware house;
- Provision of Manpower for material handling and delivery to PEB Surabaya Shore base;
- Provision of man power insurance (JAMSOSTEK) and PPE for PT. AG IRM SERVIS INDONESIA personnel;
- Project management and Supervision.
- Provision man power and transportation for pick up Genset after contract at PEB Surabaya Shore base.
