    SEP-U Test Separator 42"x10', 1440 psi , -4°F

    Description
    A well test separator is designed to separate, meter and
    sample all elements or phases of the effluent.
    Includes :
    - Vessel 42" x 10' with 18" Manhole
    - Oil compartment with weir. Removable stainless steel modular
    internals.
    - Inlet 3" full bore check valve
    - Flow measuring system for oil by dual flowmeter
    - Isolating valves on flowmeters (upstream and downstream)
    - Flow measuring system for gas by 1 orifice meter, set of
    orifices and 3 pen recorder.
    - Flow measuring system on water.
    - Pneumatic control valves on gas and oil outlets
    - Manual control valve on water outlet. - Two 3" pilot operated,
    modulating action, pressure relief safety valves, manifolded
    together.
    - Safety discharge line can be connected to gas outlet or to an
    independent gas flare.
    - Lateral stand pipe with oil level controller. Sand jet line
    - Water/oil by-pass
