Women perform better than men in official positions and occupations.

In the past few years women have no right or role in any variety of official
positions jobs as men. Most people tend to think that men work well and
more effective than women, whether in the field of a stable jobs or a decision
that is impeccably straightforward. However, most women at the present time
are no less effective in job titles than men, especially a career that requires a
high level of prudence and high resolution.

Previous people encourage aspect that men are appropriate in terms of

potential in occupations than woman, particularly in the way of tasks that
desire puissance or strength. Men always have a opportunity to substantiate
of leadership more than ladies, observed from the high place of positions such
as a politician, a lawyer and an executive. The most significant, men can
negotiate well in the conditions that require resolution and direct decision-
making as similar as the male leaders of the several countries on earth. Men
appear to be dignified and stable, so they may be more suited to being the heads of
organizations or worthy of leadership than women.

Firstly, in the modern time it seem womankind has a various role as well
as men, although the majority society will aim to support the patriarchy. The
operation in jobs position that requires careful pertinacity, accuracy and
conceptual development is well known that women work better in this part
than men.The researcher, Jame Flynn revealed some information about how
women do the best of works and also display the development of brain
growth is faster than men, for instance, sense of hearing, sensory
discrimination, etc. In addition, women have come to prominence in high-level
work roles in an era of rapid development. Regardless of Prime Minister’s

Albeit, replacement men with suitability for headship at work than

women. But it’s not indicated potential at work in any position or occupation
that men can do, women also can do. Sometimes they probably do better. It
would also barrage to many abilities of women, in many parts, such as women
are the president of the company or world organization leader which they be
an inspiration to people around the world to admire and a good role model for
sure.
