The First Party may dismiss the Second Party without notice & ‫يجوز للطرف األول فصل الطرف الثاني دون إخطار أو راتب أو‬
salary or compensation as per the Labor Law for the private
sectors if the Second Party commits breach of contract and
‫تعويض وفقًا لقانون العمل للقطاع الخاص إذا ارتكب الطرف الثاني‬
willful misconduct or gross negligence. ‫خرقًا للعقد وسوء سلو ًكا متعمدًا أو إهمااًل جسي ًما‬.
Any other matter that is not covered will be
