    Customer Visits

    Fault When no image is copied eg Blank white sheet of paper is copied. It looks like Halftone
    banding through copies (Feed direction) the effect is made worse by double sided copies. It looks
    like toner has been laid down even though the machine has not copied anything.

    Fuser assembly exit guide. The white rollers used to help move the paper out of fuser is marking
    the paper causing effect as shown above.
