How to email to professors for master/Ph.D. position and funding.

a) Want to join your research team


b) Interested in joining your research team
c) Want to be your master/Ph.D. student
d) Want to explore your research areas

**Sometimes we don’t get reply from professors. Then, we change the title of the email and
resend the email to the professors.

Dear Professor XYZ or Dear Dr. XYZ, (Mention the name of the professor you are writing to.
Don’t send the same mail to professors by just mentioning Dear Professor. Foreign Professors
want us to call them by their names)

Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), the best engineering university
in Bangladesh.
