PHISICAL EDUCATION WARM UP


1. Everybody on the circle. 2. Two steps back.

3. Roll your ankle. / 4.Put your hands on your knees and move your knees around.

5. Move your leg. Switch. / 6. Rotate your arms and backwards.

7. Now, move your head from left to right. / 8. Rotate your wrist.

9. Now, stretch your fingers and bend your fingers.


10. Stretch your arms above your head. / 11. Try to grab your hands behind your back.
Switch.

12. Spread your leg and bend one knee. Switch. / 13.Sit down, stretch one leg, bend the
other one and try to grab your shoes with
your hands. Switch.
