What is U-Verse? What is the job about?

U-Verse is the brand name for an innovative AT&T ‘home’ package of three ‘IP’ based services – TV,
Phone and Internet. The customer base are Americans which is why we work on a shift basis starting
in the afternoon.
You will receive in-bound calls from customers who need our help and who maybe having trouble with
any of the services. Your role will be to support them and provide solutions effectively and efficiently.
You will have the opportunity to rapidly improve your English, build your business and technical
knowledge and enhance your communication skills.

What is the reward?

AT&T is committed to competitive pay and great benefits. We offer 1,000 EUR – 1,230 EUR base salary
per month which is dependent on skills, knowledge and experience. There are generous uplifts for shift
work also. Benefits include 5 weeks of vacation, meal vouchers, annual bonus, private health care,
pension/wellness scheme, on-site cafeteria, retail discounts, life insurance and on-site parking.
How will I be selected? What can I expect?
The selection and assessment process consists of two (2) parts. The first part is an online English grammar
and listening test (30 mins) and a logical reasoning ‘technical’ test (40 mins). If you’re successful then you
will have a face-to-face interview (up to 30 mins) with one of our managers.
When will I know if I am selected?
We will typically let you know at the end of the interview stage and usually no later than within 1-2
working days.
What type of contract will I receive? Can I work part-time?
The contract is for an unlimited period, with a 3 month trial ‘probation’ period. We only offer full-time
employment.
When will I receive a job contract?
Typically, we will send the Official Job Offer Letter within a week. You will receive a hard copy of your
Employment Contract via post so delivery is dependent on mailing company.
