☐ PARKING
o Kleman Plaza parking garage - Paid parking & is the most convenient.
o Free Parking - Across from City Pointe they have a fenced in dirt lot that has free parking and then you’ll need
walk to the Challenger Learning Center.

** Be sure to check with the Department Representa�ve (JJ Hitzel) to make sure you are updated into the system first.
You will not be able to complete any of the following steps un�l then.
o To ac�vate your FSU account, locate your EMPLID (a unique nine-digit number issued to all employees) by using
the what is an EMPLID and how do I get mine resource. You may also reach out to your department rep to ask for
your number.
o Search your FSU employee email for a system-generated email from "ITS Announcements <noreply@fsu.edu>.
Follow the instruc�ons in the email to set up your FSUID password and security ques�ons. Ques�ons? Contact
the ITS Service Desk at (850) 644-HELP (4357).
o Visit the FSUID Account Management website for addi�onal guidance.
☐ MICROSOFT TEAMS
Microso� Teams is our departments main way of communica�on, viewing your schedule, etc.
o Download Microso� teams by clicking here and request access to the schedule.
If you are unable to log in with your FSIID or need addi�onal assistance contact FSU for assistance at 850-644-
HELP.
EDUCATION STAFF ONLY: Clock in/ out - You will need to do this at the beginning of your shi� and the end. Time is due
every other week so failure to complete this will cause a delay in pay.
It is recommended that New Employee Orienta�on be completed within your first 30 days of employment.
