    I am writing to officially confirm the termination of the Manpower Supply Agreement


    between Sunny Day Trading and contracting and Customer GRC, effective as of 30th
    April 2023

    I am pleased to inform you that all supplied labor has been returned and there are no
    outstanding payments or liabilities remaining. We appreciate your cooperation throughout
    the duration of this agreement.
