 If work experience shown (applicant/dependent) – bank statement (length depends on clz/
uni ).
 Relationship Certificate and translated and citizenship Certificates (Address/ Name verification
if any) From Ward office.
 Tax Clearance Certificate From Ward Office.
 Income Verification Certificate from Ward Office with 3 years Tax clearance receipt (of all
sponsors from respective ward/municipality) (Income can be from salary, business, house rent,
land lease, pension, etc.).
o If salary (salary certificate/ 1 year salary statement and 3 years Tax clearance receipt )
o If Business (Business Registration Certificate, PAN Registration, Audit Report,3 years Tax
clearance receipt and Bank Statement)
o If House rent/Land Lease (Agreement paper, Lalpurja, citizenship of tenant and 3 years
Tax clearance receipt).
o If Pension (Letter from Pension Management office, pension patta and 3 years Pension
Statement)

 Preparty Valuation (More than 1.5 crores) House or land valuation and their respective
lalpurja or house completion certificate From Ward Office or from Third Party.

 SOP – applicant, dependent (if applicable)

Sponsors (Parents, grandparents, in-laws, siblings, uncle – can sponsor applicant fully)
