Creation of Cause-and-Effect Diagram

This fishbone diagram represents my business current. These are the factors
that lead the business to have a poor customer service. One of those factors is

Environment. If the environment is always a messy physical store such as
flooded, has non cooperative employees, and high noise level of place then it
might results to failure of the business. Next is the Materials. Lack on
inventory and poor quality materials can lead the business to have a poor
customer service because the outcome of the service will not be quality as
well. Next to materials is the Method. Waiters/employees who don’t know how
to greet customers and to manage inventory can also affect the performance
of the business. If you don’t know these two methods, this can also come up
to low customer service. Next is Measurement. Having a lack of training, low
performance, and demotivated staffs can dissatisfied and disappoint the
customers. I believe that recommendation and good feedback is greater than
any social media advertisement and a calling card. Low quality of the
Machinery such as limited functioning machines, no generator, malfunctioning
of freezers and also of ovens can cause of losing customers, lower
productivity, and small profit. Lastly is all about People. Staff shortage, poor
training, and no team work for staffs can also lead the business to have poor
customer service.
