ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

DURING ENROLLMENT PERIOD

We ensured that necessary enrollment forms, documents and materials were ready before
the enrollment began. These materials include Learner’s information sheets, Enrollment monitoring
tool and Reading Materials for Reading test of students. The Enrollment started at exactly 8:00 a.m.

During the enrollment, we verify their personal information, Grade Level to enroll and
Previous academic records. We efficiently register the students to reduce waiting time for parents
and students. As the enrollment process is going on, we have encountered problems such as
students who are unaware of the details to be provided in the given information and the students
who are non-readers.

However, we provided assistance for parents and students throughout the enrollment
process by answering all their questions and addressing their concerns. This process ensured a
smooth enrollment for students and parents. We paid meticulous attention to every detail to ensure
the accuracy of the enrollment.

The enrollment ended at exactly 1:00 P.M. We prepared the numbers of enrollees on a daily
and weekly basis providing the school admin the number of enrollees.

The success of the enrollment was a team effort of Senior High School Teachers to work and
to promote school’s mission.
