As already noted, teacher licensure testing is intended to distinguish between those who are competent
to enter the classroom in terms of the skills measured by the test and those who are not. Ideally, tests
would do this, as in other professions, by limiting the supply of teachers only to those who are
competent.Licensure Examination for Teachers or LET is a test of the overall knowledge and proficiency
of prospective teachers to provide a reliable structure, which the practice of prospective teachers can be
measured and proven, and it gives access to continuing growth and development. The Licensure Test for
Teachers is the only national assessment in the Philippines which can be used to evaluate the quality of
teacher education outputs.

Output d senior high school (grades 11–12). The purpose of educational reforms is to transform school
structures with the aim of raising the quality of education in a country. Educational reforms deserve a
holistic examination of their reasons, objectives, application and results generated, by those within the
school systems where they are implemented.

Passing the LET is more than one thing ,it means that teachers are truly capable of handling a teacher's
responsibilities though with some training professionalism can be achieved.Licensure Examination for
Teachers (LET) is a test of the overall knowledge and proficiency of prospective teachers to provide a
reliable structure, which the practice of prospective teachers can be measured and proven, and it gives
access to continuing growth and development. Hence, it is naturally acceptable that a teacher is able to
meet situations and capable of devising ways and means a resourceful leader for students with
measured abilities by LET.

Provisionary Eligibility

A privilege is given to those who didn't pass the examination for licensure to let them have a teaching
privilege provided that they will take the same test the following give years only for shortage of teaching
staff that includes teachers for after passing the board they have permanence in their status afterwards.

Temporary Eligibility

Practitioners are hired, people that underwent training administered, to teach as part timer even if they
are not bored passers but are of experts in their own field. They provide same teaching like that of
teachers but of different tasks but can be used to teach others beaches of education which is in dire
need. Some practitioners are taking units to turn their professionalism in teaching a permanent status.

3. The authors emphasized licensure of teachers in a way that it is truly needed when teaching is the line
of course an individual chose. Though it may seem biased when they hire those who didn't passed but of
positive to let the examination be taken again. Teaching also does not mean you have to be a licensed
teacher to be able to teach but of different expertise an aspiring teacher can teach a track or subject
that fits the bill.
