Briefly explain the importance of equilibrating the developing chamber before

It's important to do chamber equilibration to help the vapor from the mobile phase spread
out evenly in the chamber. This speeds up the “development” or the separation of
components between the mobile and stationary phases and also helps avoid any issues
with getting the same results every time. Getting the chamber equilibrated or "saturated"
is really important to consistently get the same Rf values.
