COURSE DESCRIPTION:

An evaluation of the general principles of Criminal Law, felonies, and offenses,


including circumstances affecting criminal liability, persons criminally liable for
felonies, penalties, and rules governing extinction of criminal liability and civil
liability resulting from crime.

COURSE GOALS: Expected College of Law Graduate Attributes (“ELGAs”)

(A) Know and understand the laws; (B) Memorize provisions; (C) Develop: (i)
critical and analytical thinking; (ii) proficiency in written and oral
communication; and (iii) logical reasoning and sound judgment; and (D) Exercise
