Course overview
Course content: Applied Energy and Herbal Science in Siddha Practices Aim: To create Siddha Practitioners who can sense medicine, energy and disease and provide a patient with a complete wellness solution that rejuvenates body, mind and spirit based on deep understanding in Siddha Science Duration: 3 years (6 semesters, each having 6 months duration) consisting of both online classes and direct workshop Credits: The diploma will carry total credit points of 240 Medium of instruction: English Teaching mode: Theory classes: Online distance education mode Practical classes: Direct workshop, 180 hours on the 3rd year of the course Intermediate certification DASS students can opt for intermediate certification system system through which they can start treatment using basic Siddha concepts. Details are given in the later part of this brochure.

Minimum age: 18 years Educational qualification: 12 years of formal school education with fluency in English Other pre-requisites: None
Course components
DASS comprises of various modules that aims to heal and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit. A true Siddhar is a spiritual practitioner who can understand, heal and rejuvenate all aspects of a human being. Through DASS, we aim to train you in the true Siddhar way.
Even though following course listing tries to separate the practices into body, mind a spirit related categories, a student should understand that each practice has a profound healing effect in physical, mental and spiritual levels.
For Body
1. History and Fundamental Principles of Siddha Medicine 2. Both theoretical and application level knowledge in Kayakalpa - the system of completely disease less body that is based on energy and herbs 3. Healing methods that can change your body in DNA level 4. Sarva Shakti Sadhana 5. Optional 1*: Aayam Energy and its applications through Inner Power Level 1 training. The practice heals and rejuvenates the body. 6. Optional 2*: Inner beauty therapy and applications of related energies through Inner beauty Level 1 7. Padardha Chintharmani (Details of Medicinal Botany, Metals, Minerals, and Animal Kingdom) 8. Noi Nadal (Siddha Pathology) 9. Nadi Shastram (Pulse Diagnosis) 10. Sattam Saarntha Maruthuvamum Nanju Noolum (Forensic Medicine and Toxicology) 11. Pothu Maruthuvam (General Medicine) 12. History and Fundamental Principles of Siddha Marmam. 13. 108 Marmas and Adangal Sasthras (Anti Vital Point Theory) 14. Varma Medicine, Prognosis and Remedy 15. Clinical Siddha medicine 16. *Note: Students can choose any one from optional -1 and optional 2 subjects as part of DASS. If
the student desires to learn both the practices, it can be done with additional retreat charges. Spiritual trainings and trainings that target mind are interrelated. They complement and help each other and in turn prevent diseases in physical body also.

Comprehensive training on inner vision and energy sensing Note: Spiritual and mind related training will be covered in Jothi Body of Light Level 1 and 2 retreats, Advanced Retreat and Inner Power Level 1 and Inner Beauty Level 1 retreats and other trainings.
Training
Note: Following is an overview of the 3 year course. If the student fails to complete the course (Theory, practical or both) in 3 years, he can extend the course for maximum of 2 more years by paying only administrative charges for the additional year. Thus you can take up to 5 years to complete the entire course.
Overview
Theory: Online training Online training can be extended to2 more years if you prefer
Practical:
Direct workshop (including Energy and Herbal part) of 180 hours duration in the 3rd year of the course Timings will be intimated 6 months in advance Student has a choice to attend the following energy level practical trainings whenever Pranashakty organizes it at any time before the 3rd year a) Jothi Body of Light Retreat Level 1 and 2 b) Inner Power or Inner Beauty Retreats c) Advanced Retreat If you prefer to extend the training, the practical sessions can be done with next batch of students 3rd year practical training will be conducted in Malaysia or India. Complete details will be intimated 6 months in advance. Special request for conducting workshops in other countries will be considered depending on the feasibility at that point of time. If you prefer to extend the course, you can attend the practical training with the next batch of students.
Examinations:
There are no examinations for practical sessions. SASI will assess the performance directly during the training session Expenses for practical sessions are covered in course fee Student has to bare the expenses for his/her own food, travel and accommodation. If a student fails to attend any practical training sessions, he/she can attend during the next session with additional retreat charge of $100 USD per session Only one re-attempt is allowed for practical training
Fee Structure
Overview
Total course fee: $3600 (USD) Discount: 10% ($360 USD) only if the total course fee is paid at the time of joining) Installment mode: For those who prefer to extend the course timings Total course fee can be paid in 6 equal installments of $600 USD each at the beginning of each semester. Each installment has to be paid at the beginning of each semester of the course. Discount is not applicable for installment mode of payment. Course can be extended to 2 more years by paying only the administration charges of $200 USD per year
