The letter apologizes for several incidents that occurred at a sales conference. It addresses a stolen item, charges from the mini-bar, and delivery of confidential boxes. The writer ensures payment for a replacement if the stolen item is not found, asks for the mini-bar bill to be sent for payment, and says the company will pay for delivery of the boxes. The letter also denies the conference participants were drunk and noisy at the hotel.

I am writing this letter to extend my apologies for the inconveniences that
occurred at the sales conference. To refer to your first complaint, I am completely sure that none of my colleagues would have stolen anything. I can remember that we have left it in the presentation room so it must be there. If you do not manage to find it, write a letter to us and we will pay for the new one. I apologize for the mini-bar incident. Some people did not know that they could not use them. I am asking you to send the mini-bar bill to this e-mail and the company will pay it. We need those boxes as fast as possible. Please talk to director general because they are confidental. We do not want those documents to leak out. My company will foot the delivery bill. It is very unlikely that those were conference participants. None of my colleagues were drunk and noisy and the hotel was full so those people must have been others. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter and once again I am terribly sorry. Yours sincerely, Balázs Czakó
