Clara lives in Bangkok with her husband and her two daughters. She works three days a week for an
international television company. On a normal working day, they all get up at about 7 o’clock. The girls have
toast and orange juice for breakfast. Clara doesn’t eat breakfast, she usually just has a cup of coffee. They
don’t live very near to the girls’ school, so Clara takes them to school by car, before she goes to work.

7:30 - half past seven

8:15 – a quarter past eight.

After work, I go to the gym, I get home at about 6:30 and I usually have dinner at about 7. In the
evening, I meet up with friends. We often go to a restaurant or sometimes in the summer we play
football in the park.

After school, I usually watch TV and sometimes I talk to my friends on the phone. Then I go to the
bed at about 10:30.
